With over two decades of experience in custom residential cabinetry, Nathan Sloas leads our team with unmatched expertise and dedication. His journey began in 2000 as a service technician, and quickly evolved into founding and operating his own successful cabinetry shop, Madison Cabinets, which he ran for 11 years before selling it to focus on family and new opportunities.

Nathan’s deep knowledge spans every phase of the cabinetry process—from design and estimating to production and final service. He’s a seasoned user of Cabinet Vision software and ensures each project is meticulously drafted and executed. As General Manager, Nathan oversees all departments, guiding our team and our customers through every step with clarity and care.

Carlos is a seasoned construction management professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Construction Science. With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully managed projects totaling over $250M for a range of national, regional, and local firms. His diverse portfolio spans residential, industrial, warehouse, retail, medical, office, and restaurant construction. Additionally, Carlos served honorably in the U.S. Navy as an aviation electrician with Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-86, working on F/A-18 Hornet Squadrons.  Carlos has lived in Austin for over 20 years with his wife and three children.  

Greg, the founder of Texas Unique Custom Cabinets, boasts over 30 years of experience in the cabinet-making industry. His deep passion for his business, combined with his extensive knowledge and commitment to customer service, ensures an unmatched experience for his clients. An Austin native, Greg resides in North Austin with his wife.
